Dr. William (Bill) Peirson - Master

William (Bill) Peirson is the Master & Chief Executive Officer of New College and a Doctor in the School of Civil and Environmental Engineering at UNSW Sydney. His role involves the overall management of New College and New College Postgraduate Village. He provides leadership for all aspects of college life including pastoral oversight, academic support, development of New College and the relationship of the Colleges to the alumni,university, and wider community. Dr Peirson is the Director of the Centre for Christian Apologetics, Scholarship and Education (CASE). He was also formerly the Director of the UNSW Water Research Laboratory at the Northern Beaches Campus where he continues to supervise and conduct research. 

Ms Edwina Hine - Dean Of Residents (New College Postgraduate Village)

The Dean Of Residents oversees the pastoral care for the residents at New College Postgraduate Village. This involves coordinating the NCPV Senior Resident Team who look after all of the postgraduate residents in the College. The Dean’s responsibilities also include interviewing all prospective residents before admission to the college, coordinating formal dinners, and organising a vast range of fun and community building events for the residents. The Dean Of Residents lives onsite at New College Postgraduate Village.

Mr Jonathan Billingham - Dean Of Residents (New College)

Jonathan oversees the pastoral care programs for the residents at the undergraduate New College. This involves coordinating the team of Resident Advisers to ensure all New Collegians are best supported during their membership of the College. The Dean’s responsibilities also include interviewing all prospective residents, coordinating formal dinners, coordinating the Christian College Services, liaising with stakeholders for a plethora community activities, and managing the ebb and flow of residents through their stay at College. The Dean Of Residents lives onsite with his family at New College. Jonathan Billingham is also a composer and musician, and he continues to practice and study within the discipline.

Dr. Dani Scarratt - Associate Editor

Dani is the Associate Editor of the publication Case  Quarterly. The Centre for Christian Apologetics, Scholarship and Education (CASE) equips Christians to understand their faith and talk about it creatively and intelligently. CASE also provides an open, intellectual environment in which non-Christian enquirers and sceptics can seek and obtain meaningful input about the relevance of the Christian faith in today's world.

Mrs Iris Huang FCPA, GIA (Affiliated), CertCSE - Bursar

Iris is an FCPA and is responsible for the College finances, and as Company Secretary, co-ordinates the activities of the Board and Finance Committee (meeting agendas, papers etc. as well as statutory and tax reporting). Additionally, she is responsible for human resources, the managing and coordination of major contracts including insurance, catering, phones and IT. Iris works closely with Sue Cheng the Accounts Officer, to ensure the College income and expenses are processed efficiently and accurately.

Sue is responsible for invoicing students and processing transactions with external companies.

Ms Connie Rong - Accounts Assistant

Connie supports Sue and the Bursar with accounting, payroll, and all things to do with accounts.

Ms Courtney Chan - Executive Assistant to the Master

Courtney works both as the Master’s Executive Assistant and Casual Accommodation and Conferences Officer, overseeing the needs of the Master and casual accommodation and event bookings.

Ms Nurshalynn Mohd - Admissions Officer

Nurshalynn is usually the first member of the New College staff that prospective residents will speak with or have contact with. She processes applications submitted by prospective New College and New College Postgraduate Village residents. Prospective residents can question Nurshalynn about the College and the application process and request a tour of the college buildings.

Ms Ria Dzousa - (Acting) Receptionist / Student Services - New College

Ria is the first point of contact for the residents and the public, especially for student administrative and finance services for New College. Ria fields a number of inward flowing communications and enquiries to the College.

Mrs Connie Cheah - Receptionist / Student Services (New College Postgraduate Village)

Connie is the receptionist at New College Postgraduate Village. In her role she is the first point of contact for the residents and the public, especially for student administrative and finance services. She fields a number of inward flowing communications and enquiries.

Mrs Gemma Moffett - Maintenance & Cleaning Supervisor

Gemma is head of the maintenance and cleaning staff. She is the first point of contact for contractors, and she delegates team duties and inspects completed jobs. You may even find her lending a hand with a screwdriver or pushing a cleaning trolley every now and then.

Mr Jason Weegan - Deputy Maintenance Supervisor

Jason is the Deputy Maintenance Supervisor and supports Gemma in her role. Jason is responsible for the day to day programmed maintenance for the New College building and handles anything maintenance wise that comes up. 

Mr Anton Leron - Maintenance Officer

Anton is responsible for managing the day-to-day programmed maintenance, cleaning and repair programs at New College Postgraduate Village.

Mr Beau Moffett - Maintenance Officer

Beau is part of the maintenance team who are responsible for managing the day-to-day programmed maintenance, cleaning and repair programs at New College & New College Postgraduate Village.

Mr Joel Weegan - Maintenance Officer

Joel is part of the maintenance team who are responsible for managing the day-to-day programmed maintenance, cleaning and repair programs at New College & New College Postgraduate Village.

Mr Gregg Francis - Operations Officer

Gregg is responsible for managing the day-to-day technical and IT operations at both New College & New College Postgraduate Village. His role covers a wide variety of different areas and departments and is vital to keeping the 51±¬ÁÏÍø functioning effectively.

Mr Daniel Higgins - Catering Manager

Daniel is responsible for managing the catering at 51±¬ÁÏÍø, as well as the chefs and other catering staff on site as they carry out food preparation and service for residents and staff.

Ward is responsible for the overall leadership and management of internal and external community relations, communications, admissions, events, marketing, philanthropy and archives of the 51±¬ÁÏÍø.

Mr Nicholas Walker - Public Relations Officer

Nicholas works alongside the Advancement Manager, focusing on college marketing to support the Advancement team in their outreach to prospective student residents, parents, alumni and friends of our colleges. He also is responsible for the updating of the college website and keeping the database up to date. For all College events held throughout the year, Nick looks after the AV and tech setup at College events.

Liane works alongside the Advancement Manager, focusing on college marketing and communications to support the Advancement team in their outreach to prospective student residents, parents, alumni and friends of our colleges.

Ms Gala Nokolic - Social Media Officer

Gala manages all of the 51±¬ÁÏÍø social media accounts and makes posts on a regular basis. You can regularly see her interacting with the students videoing short clips or taking photos to post on social media to showcase the life of the Colleges.
