Academic Tutoring

At New College and New College Postgraduate Village (NCPV), we have a long history of valuing academic achievement.

Our academic legacy is a source of great pride. 51±¬ÁÏÍø has been home to more than one hundred University Medalists, six Rhodes Scholars, and two General Sir John Monash Scholars. New College Alumni have gone on to complete higher degrees at some of the world's leading institutions such as Harvard, Oxford, Cambridge and MIT. Historically, over 45% of our Collegians receive a distinction average each year.
This culture of excellence starts with the leadership. Together, the Master and Dean of Studies have nearly three decades of experience in higher education, and both continue to work at the forefront of their respective scholarly fields. Furthermore, the Dean of Studies oversees a team of nearly twenty tutors, who hail from across the world and represent a spectrum of disciplines. All told, these tutors help to create an environment of high academic achievement flourishing.
